DUCHESS AFRICA TO CONVENE FIFTH EDITION OF GLOBAL CONNECT SERIES ON MINDSET AND STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS
Duchess Africa will hold the fifth edition of its flagship virtual convening, Duchess Africa Global Connect 2026 (Series V), on 31 May 2026 at 5:00 PM WAT via Zoom, bringing together women leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, and change-makers from across regions for a high-level dialogue on leadership, mindset, and collaboration.
The edition is themed “The Role of Mindset and Strategic Relationships in Achieving Success” and is designed to examine how cognitive orientation and intentional relationship-building shape leadership outcomes, career advancement, and long-term success across sectors.
Positioned as the fifth instalment in the 2026 series, the convening underscores Duchess Africa’s continued commitment to creating platforms that enable cross-border engagement, knowledge exchange, and strategic networking among women driving impact in diverse fields.
Discussions will focus on the intersection between mindset and relationships, with emphasis on how both factors influence access to opportunities, leadership effectiveness, and sustainable professional growth.

The session will be hosted by Duchess Abolaji Odunuga, Founder of Duchess Africa, under whose leadership the platform has continued to advance women’s leadership development, visibility, and strategic collaboration.
