This October, Duchess International Magazine convenes an exceptional gathering of leaders, visionaries, changemakers and emerging voices for the Duchess Leadership Summit 2026, a global platform for meaningful conversations about influence, responsibility, purpose and impact.
Taking place from 14–16 October 2026 at the University of Brighton, United Kingdom, the summit is designed for individuals who understand that leadership is not simply about occupying a position. It is about having the courage to act, the vision to inspire and the commitment to create impact that reaches beyond oneself.
Under the theme “Honouring Our Communities: The Audacity to Lead – Redefining Power, Purpose & Legacy,” the summit will bring together diverse perspectives to examine how purposeful leadership can strengthen communities, shape organisations and influence the future.
Across three days, participants can expect thought-provoking conversations, practical leadership insights, strategic networking and meaningful connections with people making a difference across Africa, the United Kingdom and the global diaspora.
While the summit places a strong emphasis on women’s leadership and empowerment, it is not a women-only gathering. Men and women who believe in purposeful leadership, shared responsibility and positive impact are welcome to join a conversation that extends beyond gender and speaks to the responsibility we all share in shaping the communities and world around us.
