We have risen to become the lionesses with a voice that shakes the foundations of injustice and strength that defies the chains of oppression.
We’ve been through the crucible of colonialism, the fires of patriarchy, and the storms of discrimination. But we’ve emerged, scarred but unbroken, with a resilience that’s forged in the depths of our ancestors’ wisdom.
We’re the daughters of Yaa Asantewaa, of Funmilayo Ransome-Kuti, of Winnie Madikizela-Mandela. We’re the keepers of the ancient traditions, the weavers of vibrant cultures, and the guardians of our children’s futures.
